Privacy Policy
This page describes how LPE Marketing handles your information when you visit lpemarketing.com or get in touch with us. Plain language, no legalese.
What we collect
Three things:
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out the form on our site, we collect what you put in: your name, email address, and message. If you choose to add optional details, that may also include your business name, how you found us, and which services you're interested in.
- Aggregate site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people land on. It's cookieless and doesn't collect anything personally identifying. We can't see who you are, and we can't follow you across the web.
- Performance metrics. Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast the site loads for real visitors. Anonymous, no personal data.
How we use it
Contact form information is used to respond to your inquiry. That's it. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't share it with anyone outside our business, and we don't sell or rent it.
Analytics and performance data is used to understand which parts of the site work and which need improvement.
Third-party services
A handful of services run alongside the site:
- Formspree processes contact form submissions. See their privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts the site and handles analytics. See their privacy policy.
- Vimeo embeds the portfolio videos. When you click to play a video, Vimeo loads and may set its own cookies. See their privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used across the site. Google may log your IP address when loading fonts. See their privacy policy.
Cookies
We don't set any first-party cookies on this site. Some of the third-party services above may set their own: Vimeo does when you play a video, Google may when loading fonts. Because we don't track you with cookies ourselves, there's no consent banner.
Your rights
Under Canada's PIPEDA and similar frameworks elsewhere, you can:
- Access any personal information we have about you
- Correct information that's inaccurate
- Delete your information from our records
To make any of these requests, email info@lpemarketing.com.
How long we keep your data
We keep contact form submissions until you ask us to delete them. To request deletion, email info@lpemarketing.com and we'll remove your records.
Analytics and performance data is aggregate; there's no individual record tied to you to delete.
